We want you to be fully satisfied with your Slipknot Official Store purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that certain limited edition merchandise and media items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
